School complex FreilagerThe excavation has begun.
After the clearing of the allotments was completed, the construction walls were erected. Thanks to the robust design in profiled metal panels, they withstood the storm ‘Sabine’ with gusts of up to 130 km/h on 10 and 11 February unscathed. The excavation of the building construction basement was commenced a few weeks ago: in the process, the various clayey-silty layers were appearing – corresponding to the soil structure anticipated by the geotechnical engineers. Parallel to this, the preparatory work for the micro- and bored -piles was also undertaken.
As the overall building construction managers, CONFIRM coordinates all aspects as “primus inter pares”: we lead the discourse in the interdisciplinary teams to turn the planned visions of a contemporary school building into a reality.
