Zürich’s Bahnhofstrasse is one of the world’s most exclusive shopping streets, renowned for its first-class shops and architectural highlights.
Confirm AG was tasked with the overall management and construction management of the Bahnhofstrasse renovation project. Because the project is located in a busy pedestrian zone, it was essential to coordinate with all relevant authorities and the client to ensure that pedestrians and adjacent commercial buildings were not affected by the renovation. The project was characterized by stringent requirements for rapid planning and execution. Simultaneously, it was crucial to minimize disruption to the surrounding businesses and residential areas.

The renovation of the retail and office spaces is complete. The new tenants, including LLB Bank and other companies, have already moved in. The result is impressive in every respect and represents a successful partial completion of the project.
