Since June 23, 2025, window replacement in the Hardau II housing estate has been proceeding according to plan. The first stage began at the building at Bullingerstrasse 73, followed by the second stage.
On August 7, 2025, the third stage began in the building at Bullingerstrasse 60. The exterior work is being carried out using a mast climbing platform, which enables safe and efficient working.
In the “BU73” building, we are currently in the sixth stage, on floors 16 to 12. Of the planned work, 75 apartments have already been successfully completed. Work is also progressing well in the “BU60” building. The fifth stage is currently underway on the same floors, with 25 apartments already completed.
We are well on schedule and are pleased with the steady progress, which we will continue to report on regularly.
