In March, the last apartments in need of renovation, as well as the four listed units, were handed over to the building owners. The common room is now equipped with furniture, curtains, and an audio system, making it suitable for a variety of uses.

In the coming weeks, plastering and painting work will be completed on the facade. The final touches are being made to the community square before it is re-covered with existing paving stones.

The playground behind the existing stone wall will be upgraded by adding a swing and a sandbox next to the slide. Furthermore, the stone fountain will be put back into operation after construction is complete; we’re well on track!
