Reconstruction of Birgistrasse 4a, Wallisellen

The existing office building at Birgistrasse 4a, built in 1994, is to be upgraded as a basic extension for long-term rental. The office complex consists of a basement with a parking garage, technical rooms, a ground floor for commercial office use and four additional upper floors for office use.

Part of the ground floor and the first floor were already handed over to a tenant at the end of February 2024.

The following renovation modifications are planned:

• Demolition of the interior walls and old installations on all floors
• Installation of new toilet facilities in the high-bay warehouse from the 1st to 4th floor
• New installation of the toilets on the ground floor
• New roof structure of Birgistrasse 4 and 4a
• Creation of two roof terraces on the 1st floor
